Incident Summary:
Sailing vessel called HMCG with engine failure at entrance to harbour, so turned back out to sea. CG rang NCI asking for visual - confirmed. Pan Pan issued, asking for assistance. NCI advised CG the
light was fading so visual was lost. ILB tasked, and towed casualty into marine. all safe.
