NCI overheard a call from speedboat to marina reporting they were out of fuel. No response, but HMCG issued a call on Ch 16 for any vessel to assist. ILB tasked, NCI advised CG they had visual.
LB stayed with casualty, while second vessel brought out some fuel. Casualty vessel then got underway. NFA
