HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a fisherman possibly at risk with an incoming tide. NCI had been monitoring, and considered him to be in danger. CRT tasked. CRT were familiar with casualty,
and he was not in difficulty. NCI monitored until he returned to shore.
