NCI were monitoring a lone wind surfer in rough conditions, when he disappeared from sight, and not seen to come ashore. HMCG informed, and requested NCI speak to other wind surfers, who
identified the person, and provided a phone number. CG contacted casualty and ascertained he was safe. NFA
