Incident Summary:
HMCG issued a Pan Pan re. a yacht aground. CG asked NCI for visual - confirmed, monitoring requested. Pan Pan was then upgraded to MayDay as vessel was listing, ILB and AWLB tasked. LBs and
Seastart vessel unable to approach casualty due to low water, so 3 POB were taken off by Y boat. A kedge anchor was deployed, 2 crew remained on board to await rising tide. NCI updated CG that
incident was under control, May Daywas cancelled. NCI lookout closed for night, all under control.
