Pan Pan was issued re. vessel with engine failure. assistance required. NCI did not have visual, but HMCG asked them to continue looking. ILB tasked, and undertook a tow. NCI established visual in
the glare of a low sun. casualty towed to harbour, Pan Pan cancelled.
