HMCG called NCI re. report from a MOP of a swimmer clinging to a buoy. Search requested but nothing seen. May Day relay issued. CRT spotted swimmer, ILB tasked, but casualty initially declined
help. LB crew member went into water and helped casualty into LB, and returned to station.
