Incident Summary:
A lone kayaker called NCI reporting his progress around a route already planned. NCI had been monitoring kayaker during trip. NCI noticed a fast craft pass close to kayaker, and then were unable to
contact him. HMCG informed, also unable to contact him. A local vessel was asked to keep a look out. No further sighting was made, until kayaker phoned to say he was safe and well on beach.
