Incident Summary:
NCI observed a dinghy, apparently drifting, flying red flag with white stripe. HMCG informed. NCI then identified a diver in the water meaning the wrong flag had been flown. Diver reboarded vessel,
CG updated, and discussion was had re flying the correct flag, which would have saved a lot of work.
