NCI observed a blue floating object, HMCG informed, and local fishing vessels identified. Monitoring requested. CG unable to contact vessels, Object was lost to view, CG updated, and they requested
next watch to be updated in case object came back into view. Object was a barrel from a mussel farm - owner informed, and will organise retrieval.
