Incident Summary:
NCI observed a wing foiler in difficulty/, kit abandoned with no-one in view. MOP also reported incident, casualty in view. HMCG informed, CRT tasked, monitoring requested. Casualty appeared to be
making progress to shore, then a second person, possibly a rescuer, was seen. CG advised. ILB tasked, but as getting ready to launch, casualty reached shore, so was stood down. CRT conformed casualty
had no injuries and needed no further assistance. Rescuer, however was very cold and aided by CRT. All safe.
