NCI reported to HMCG concern for a yacht, 1 POB, heading for rocks. CG called vessel, asking intentions, was it aware of rocks. Vessel replied in affirmative, and was trying to avoid them. NCI asked
to monitor. Vessel changed course, cleared rocks, and NCI updated CG.
