Incident Summary:
HMCG tasked ILB to a person acting strangely near waters edge, following a report from MOP. NCI offered visual, person located, with a second person and 2 dogs, but not casualty. Person of interest
then was located in a car park, CRT and Police involved. Casualty then got stuck on rock, appeared intoxicated, was recovered by CRT and taken to hospital by ambulance.
