HMCG. Police and RNLI were involved in a MISPER incident, and NCI observed a female matching description in a car park. 4 males were seen to approach, speak then walk to beach. Police attended,
established an offence of indecent exposure, NCI maintained observation of males, who were arrested by police and detained.
