NCI received a call from neighbouring station re slow moving sailing vessel, close to shore. Visual established, no sail deployed and heading through area with pots, and for exposed rocks. HMCG
informed. AWLB tasked, confirmed it was single handed, and guided it to deeper water, albeit with language difficulty. NCI monitored progress, and informed next NCI station. See I/R 57387
