Incident Summary:
NCI heard a Pan Pan from a yacht with a prop entanglement. Comms were difficult due to language difficulties. NCI had logged vessel, and gave CG exact position, type of vessel, and POB. ILB tasked,
other vessels advised to avoid area. LB crew unable to disentangle prop, so towed casualty back to port, where it was disentangled, and then resumed passage.
