Incident Summary:
NCI observed 2 adults and 2 children cut off on a sandbar. HMCG informed, CRT and Hovercraft tasked. Attempted to contact them by Aldiss lamp failed. A further 5 persons were then seen to be cut off.
Casualties tried to swim to shore, CRT and Hovercraft arrived on scene. All reached the shore and advice was offered.
