NCI observed a yacht, in poor condition, passing lookout, and then collided with a local fishing vessel. HMCG informed, skipper of fishing vessel asked if NCI had witnessed incident. Confirmed.
F.V skipper supplied name of yacht skipper, which was passed to CG. Incident reported to crimes toppers, but no interest was shown.
