NCI Canvey Island observed man lying on marsh Chapman Sands 2 hrs before High Tide. WK tried shouting through Loud Hailer - no response
Off duty WK made his way to man who was asleep with headphones on - woke him up and explained danger - man thanked him and was escorted off the marsh
