NCI Folestone observed Kayaker capsized struggling to get on off Copt Point - called CG who tasked CRT - saw casualty swimming towards shore CG asked NCI to monitor
CG mayday relay requesting anyone able to assist. NCI called CG casualty entered outer harbour - LB ,HELO tasked
Casualty recovered all stood down
