Incident Summary:
NCI received a call from a large power boat which had hit rocks, and were unable to start engines. HMCG informed, 2 POB, CG to communicate directly with vessel. Crew of casualty launched a tender
and tried to tow vessel. harbour Authority vessel then arrived and commenced a tow to safety.
