Yacht had a net around the propeller, HMCG asked NCI for visual - negative but W/K walked for a better view. Second yacht, and marine Police vessel both went to assist. NCI established visual, and
were then updated by Police vessel that the casualty was free, and making way. NCI confirmed visual.
