HMCG called NCI re. a kayak, 2 POB and possibly a dog, which had not been seen returning to beach. Search requested. NCI observed several kayaks which could match the description, but unable to
confirm identity due to visibility. Casualty was then reported to be safe and sound, assets stood down.
