Incident Summary:
RIB called HMCG reporting a mechanical failure, and requesting a tow to harbour. CG called NCI asking for weather and sea conditions report. Visual of casualty confirmed, also 2 nearby vessels.
NCI advised CG that a ferry was paaproaching the casualty at 20 knots, and suggested an alteration of course - duly done by CG. Casualty was then taken under tow by second vessel, and towed to safety.
