Incident Summary:
A MOP fell on the breakwater, and MOP phoned for ambulance, but was told of a 2 hour wait. NCI called HMCG, CRT tasked to assess casualty. CRT attended, and asked NCI for sea and tide conditions,
Advised all safe. Ambulance attended, and recovered casualty to hospital.
