Incident Summary:
NCI observed a motor boat, 5 POB, anchor and persons set up beach picnic. A large fire was lit, HMCG informed, fire brigade recommended. Fire service decide they cannot intervene, advised Police.
Police advised approach by water was best. Meanwhile persons involved left by boat, having apparently extinguished fire. No smoke visible.
