HMCG called NCI asking for visual on a broken down cabin cruiser. NCI confirmed visual, and told CG there was a trimaran close by. CG tried to contact trimaran, and Issued a Pan Pan. Trimaran then
tok casualty vessel under tow towards the river. CG advised harbour authority, and asked them to take over tow. NFA
