Incident Summary:
NCI became aware of radio traffic re. 2 persons from a dinghy in the water. NCI established visual on dinghy, HMCG informed. AWLB and ILB had been tasked. NCI asked to con LBs to vessel, but had
lost sight by then. CG then reported that both casualties were ashore, assets stood down. Not sure whether casualties were recovered or self rescued.
