NCI observed a yacht anchored in bay, in very rough conditions, local CC officer visited lookout, and HMCG informed, welfare check suggested. ILB tasked, and visited yacht. ILB crew suggested the
vessel proceed to harbour due to unsafe conditions, and was escorted by ILB.
