HMCG called NCI re. report from MOP of a wing surfer in difficulty, visual requested. NCI established visual, casualty appeared to be struggling, CG updated, Pan Pan issued. AWLB tasked, NCI asked
to con LB to casualty. Casualty then was happy to continue, assets stood down.
