Yacht issued a Pan Pan re. engine failure. HMCG asked NCI for visual - confirmed. Casualty proceeded under sail, 2 nearby vessels standing by, CG updated. Vessel continued under sail to harbour, and
then was towed to pontoon by a cabin cruiser, Pan Pan cancelled. All safe.
