Incident Summary:
HMCG asked for any vessels to assist a yacht drifting off Porthcawl. Engine swamped. ILBtasked, NCI asked for visual, but poor visibility. CG asked casualty to set off a flare. LB reported vessel had
lost its keel, and was taking on water. Crew member transferred to LB, NCI then established visual by CCTV. Casualty vessel then sank, and crew transferred to AWLB, no injuries.
