Incident Summary:
NCI observed a person in the water, trying to launch a tender towards a cabin cruiser. Attempts failed, HMCG informed. Casualty then tried again, CG updated, as they reached a closer cabin cruiser.
They then tried to reach original boat. CRT tasked, and tried to assist. ILB tasked to cabin cruiser, but could not reach due to falling tide. Vessel eventually grounded and the 2 POB made it ashore.
