Incident Summary:
Pan Pan was issued by a yacht with engine trouble, HMCG asked for details, NCI could not visualise due to poor visibility. NCI noted a wind farm vessel in area, but casualty did not need assistance.
NCI then established visual with CCTV, casualty under sail making slow progress. CG passed on advice from harbour master not to enter river as tide was low. Casualties engine then totally failed, and
AWLB was tasked to tow casualty to larger harbour. NCI stood down.
