Incident Summary:
NCI informed HMCG of a vessel drifting towards rocks. A range vessel confirmed vessel was adrift, no anchor, no damage. AWLB tasked, NCI asked to monitor. ILB tasked to a coast search. Pan Pan issued.
ILB reporte nothing, AWLB found vessel documents, and undertook tow. Vessel then started to take on water, tow detached. LB decide to leave vessel. NCI monitored and casualty vessel then ran
aground, CG updated. Casualty vessel grounded and left as unsafe to recover, incident remained open.
