Incident Summary:
NCI heard a message to Port Control from a fishing vessel re. a lone kayaker, 6 miles out. Kayaker refused help, and intended crossing channel, in hazardous sea conditions. Port officer requested NCI
take control of incident. HMCG informed, and CG requested NCI contact AWLB on CH0. Casualty located by NCI. LB crew requested assistance from Border Force due to attitude of casualty. Casualty was
then thrown form kayak, and recovered by LB crew. Ambulance and Police to meet them at shore.
