While on the phone to HMCG, NCI were asked if they had visual on a surfer in difficulty. Visual confirmed, ILB tasked, monitoring requested. A swimmer assisted the casualty, until ILB arrived, HELO
also was on scene. Casualty was recovered to LB station, all safe.
