Incident Summary:
MOP called NCI re. capsized Jetski, rider in the water and calling for help. NCI rang emergency services, and were connected to LB. Monitoring requested. Casualty reached jetski, but it began to sink.
Casualty was being carried out by the tide. Passing passenger ferry attended and recovered casualty and jetski and returned them to shore.
